Jungle Momma started as a question:
What would happen if a high-functioning woman treated her body like her most important company?
Not casually.
Not emotionally.
But strategically.
I’m Crystal — a documentary storyteller, mother of three, entrepreneur, and builder. I’ve spent years working in complex environments — from humanitarian health projects to creative startups — and one thing became clear:
Women over 40 are navigating stress, hormones, business, family, and ambition with almost no frameworks that respect their intelligence.
So I am building one.
