For the past several weeks, I have been building something that brings together everything I believe about food, strength, metabolism, and the microbiome. 

Not another diet.
Not another restrictive reset.

This is a 6-week pilot of The Jungle Momma Method — a plant-forward framework designed to help women nourish muscle, support metabolic health, improve gut diversity, and build more stable energy with real food.

It is rooted in the same principles I have been living, testing, refining, and sharing through this transformation:

Why I Created This

I created this because so many women, especially in midlife, are exhausted by wellness extremes.

They are told to eat less, try harder, and have more willpower. But the issue is not just calories or discipline.

Hormonal shifts, rising stress load, disrupted sleep, blood sugar swings, and loss of muscle can all make fat loss feel harder than it used to. At the same time, many women are under-eating protein, overthinking food, doing too much cardio, trying to “be good,” and starting over every Monday — while still feeling bloated, inflamed, tired, or stuck.
I wanted to build something different.

Something that supports muscle, metabolism, gut health, sustainable fat loss, calmer energy, and real-life consistency.

The Jungle Momma Method is not about perfection. It is about learning how to work with your body instead of against it — to build a body that feels stronger, better fed, more resilient, and more at home.

What This 6-Week Pilot Includes

The pilot also includes a simple, evidence-based supplement protocol designed to support the foundations of the method. A 6-week workout structure

This is not a punishment plan. It is a simple, effective training structure designed to support body recomposition, strength, and consistency through a mix of strength training, HIIT, and zone 2 work.

I created this plan to be done at home, with minimal equipment and no gym membership required. All you need is a few dumbbells and a commitment to showing up. My goal is to make this feel sustainable — something that helps you become stronger, more confident, and more self-sufficient in your own body.

Support and accountability

This pilot is intentionally designed to be hands-on and supportive. Over the six weeks, participants will receive weekly live calls, access to a private WhatsApp group for accountability and community, ongoing email support, and weekly PDFs that include recipes, meal ideas, and fitness routines.

There will also be space for progress feedback along the way, so women feel supported not just with information, but with guidance, encouragement, and real connection throughout the process.

Real-world application

This is designed for actual life — families, work, holidays, imperfect schedules, travel, disruption, hormone shifts, and all.
