The first 6-week pilot of The Jungle Momma Method is now open.

This program brings together everything I have been building, testing, and refining around food, strength, metabolism, gut health, and sustainable fat loss. It is a plant-forward, real-food framework designed to help women feel stronger, more nourished, and more supported in their bodies — especially in midlife, when the old strategies often stop working.

This is not another restrictive reset.
Not another punishment plan.
Not another program built on extremes.

The Jungle Momma Method is built around nourishment first.

It is designed to support muscle, metabolism, gut health, blood sugar stability, energy, and long-term consistency through simple food, at-home movement, and a more grounded, sustainable approach to wellness.

Why I Created It

I created this because so many women are exhausted by the wellness world’s constant extremes.

They are told to eat less, do more, and somehow just have more discipline. But the issue is not just calories or willpower. Hormonal shifts, chronic stress, poor sleep, blood sugar swings, and loss of muscle can all make fat loss and energy feel harder than they used to.

So many women are under-eating protein, overthinking food, doing too much cardio, and starting over every Monday — while still feeling bloated, inflamed, tired, or stuck.

I wanted to build something different.

Something that supports real life.
Something that supports the body instead of fighting it.
Something that helps women build a stronger foundation they can actually sustain.

What the Pilot Includes
